Spanish Tapas Dinner

 Manchego with Apple Gelee

 Lobster with Dill Bearnaise on Toast

 Tomato, Mozzarella and Chimichurri Stack


 Papas Bravas with Giant peel and eat Prawns
and smoked paprika

 Duo of stuffed mushrooms with Portuguese Chorico and Spanish Queso
Olive tapenade

 Lollipop lamb chops with Bruleed Larun Gazta and jam

 Polenta cake with Spanish Olive oil Ice Cream and Blood Orange Marmalade
