Locally made and imported cheeses were served with rosemary focaccia, honeycomb, fresh fruit, toasted walnuts, chili oil and basil

The menu included Napa Salad with dried fruits, nuts, a touch of bleu cheese and Pinot dressing, Porcini Chicken, Roasted Salmon and Beef Tenderloin
The party lasted well into the evening as guests nibbled on dessert...shortbread lemon bars, chocolate ganache stuffed strawberries and mini carrot cakes
